ActiveThe Electoral Committee formally announces the election cycle and opens the process to all registered members.
Nomination Window Opens
Interested and eligible members may begin submitting their nomination forms through the portal.
Nomination Window Closes
Deadline for all nomination submissions; late entries will not be considered.
Candidate Screening
The Committee verifies each nominee against the constitutional eligibility criteria for the office sought. (27 – 30 September 2026)
Final Candidate List Published
The certified list of contestants is published on the portal and made available to all members.
Agent Submission Deadline
Each certified candidate submits the name of their one (1) authorised election agent.
E-Voting Opens
The secure voting window begins at 10:00 AM; verified voters receive their personalised ballot link.
E-Voting Closes
The voting window closes at 09:59 AM after a full 24-hour cycle, in line with the constitutional minimum.
Announcement of Results
The Commission declares and publishes collated results on the portal at 5:00 PM.
Appeals Window
Members may lodge formal, evidence-backed petitions regarding the election’s conduct or outcome. (19 – 23 October 2026)
Run-off Election (if required)
Held only where two contestants for a single office are tied on votes cast.
Swearing-In / Handover
Newly elected officers take the oath of office, and the outgoing executives formally hand over.
